The Washington Post published a great article on P.J. Gallo's decision to accept a job in New York with Goldman Sachs after interning with the prestigious company over the summer for 10 weeks.

P.J., a junior, sat down with Coach Edsall to talk about his decision to forgo his senior season with the team and begin a career on Wall Street:

“It was actually an easier conversation than I thought it was going to be because [Coach Edsall] was very supportive of it. I made the right decision for myself, for my future."

The article also touched on P.J. Gallo's hard work in the classroom as a Big-Ten all-academic student-athlete as well as Maryland Football's all-time academic successes under Coach Edsall.

ESPN released its annual All-Big Ten Preseason Team today and included two Terps on the list.

Brad Craddock made the cut at kicker and Will Likely received the nod at kick return (while also being nominated at cornerback).

Craddock will look to repeat as the Lou Groza Award winner while Likely is in contention for the Bednarik, Nagurski, Hornung, and Thorpe Awards this season.

ESPN published a feature on Will Likely and his determination to prove that his small stature doesn't affect his presence or dedication on and off the field.

"That mentality is what turned Likely from a recruit with a big warning sign plastered over his head into one of the nation's top-playmakers. Likely hasn't grown in size much from high school -- but his confident mind-set hasn't changed either."

Going into his junior season, Likely has been placed on the Bednarik, Nagurski, Hornung, and Thorpe Award watch lists.
